GWBS involvement with Events Planning and Management is shared with Brian Franklin and Associates.
This work is mostly workshop based, however it has involved business related processes to be developed and changed to realise the most effective results.
Where as organisational change follows the steps for cultural change (above) our strategy for a workshop is to:
- Provide participants with knowledge of the principles, skills and techniques required for effective planning, control and management of an event
- Explain project management methodology/ies, procedures, tools and techniques relevant to the effective planning and management of events
- Provide understanding of the business context in which events are undertaken
- Produce an outline events management plan for an event being undertaken by participants
